I was planning to come in and try to chat it up. I'm too darn tired. I'm acting supervisor at work until Friday. It has been going good. All of the guys are talking about going to the next level of command and trying to make it permanent. I'm trying to talk them out of it. There is nothing like a failed mutiny to destroy morale.

Wow, that was a lot of fun! Passed the whole day away.

Then rushing to pick up my wife, and one of the town's finast decided to point out that I didn't quite come to a full and complete stop!

(Luckily, cause he coulda had me for speeding between the stop sign and the place he pulled me over. I'll send it in and take me lumps...

sigh

Call in a speeding ticket? Is that like me pleading guilty and sending it in?

I only got 1 speeding ticket, on my motorcycle. Was doing 65+ in a 25 zone. And beat it in court to "failure to obey a traffic device". (the speed sign).

Well, this is the first ticket in about 15 years.

So, the last part of the contest is over, spacekitty with a sample pack.

Fast contest.

If the cop lets you be a part of the deferral program, you have to call a number, give your information to some answering service and then you wait to see if you're in. I'm hoping so bcoz my last ticket in 2011 was $425.00 for speeding in a construction zone...workers present

That cop actually gave me a break and reduced my speed so I wasn't reckless driving. i got so many points on my record on that one ticket (and my only recorded ticket I've ever had) that if I get one more, I'm looking at that online driving school thing and a HUGE insurance hike. So I need this deferral program and to quit driving fast.

Contest was fun, but missed all the Old G peeps :(
