For mother's day I got 2 hugs and my husband changed the light bulb over the stairs that has needed it for 7 years. I even got to hold the ladder.

I was praying he didn't fall, my luck he would have just fell on me. I fell down those stairs once before, broke my tailbone.

We need pictures to judge the quality of the padding. We may be able to spot the reason it didn't offer adequate protection.
