Another sunny 34F day. Tonight's storm centers on my area. Could be anywhere from 6 to 16 inches, snow mixed with rain.
Playing with some new horny gear. And I do hafta convince the wife I need more juice so I can try Calico. (yes, hun, more juice, these 47 bottles on my side table are, well, they are all just...)

Gotta run out for supplies. And we're doing up a Turkey. Been defrosting since yesterday. Gonna put it in the brine. Yea, I'm big on brining. Pork especially. If you have never had a good thick pork chop brined, then, my friends, you are missing out. And with roast turkey, it is amazing.
