Anything but a slug here.
Shoveled snow. My idiot neighbor was snowblowing snow onto my property!!! %$^*@&^#($@ He is an ignorant hole. We got about 6, so it wasn't too bad. But lo, another storm expected Monday night.
Then my water distiller broke. It flooded the tanks, so I had to drain it all, wash everything out. Now I have to adjust it so it doesn't do it again. It is about 20 years old, but looks great. Gotta love stainless steel.
And the turkey just came out of the oven. Looks and smells amazing. Mrs. Ono is making the gravy and sides. In a few I'll carve it up. Remove legs and wings, then take the breastmeat off in one big piece. Then it could be sliced across the grain, as it should be. Much more tender.

Well, I think I fixed the still. Came down to about 4" of vynil tubing that became brittle and didn't allow something that should move to move. About 45¢ of tubing. But I gotta find something much higher temperature proof.
Just think: next week, Super Bowl!!!

Forecasts for a minimum of 18". Could be 30". Starting Monday morning, ending Tuesday night.
Yes, batteries charged, filled the 5Gal with gas for the generator. We got food, soda, beer, spirits. The only problem is water; my generator is too small to run the pump. But we have 125g of water, plus 80 or so in the hot tank. And we can always melt snow.

Morning all and stay safe east coasters! Sounds like a BAD one coming your way. We got like a slushy, icy, rain and a few flurries yesterday and last night. It was weird bcoz the temp kept changing back and forth.
