Ok, so after doing my research I'm almost (finally) ready to place an order for my first PVs.
I'd also like to thank everyone for all their help in answering my earlier Qs. :)
Now I just need a little more info.

1. I'm planning on getting a joyetech ego twist 1000mah and a Vision spinner 1300mah. Will the 420mah USB charger from DV work with both of these products? (I also noticed a wall socket adapter for a USB charger at DV, but it says 500mah. Will these 2 items work together?)

2. I'm planning on getting a Kanger Protank 2 and a mini Protank 2. (I think later I might try out the Davide and mini also) Should I order a pack of o-rings also? (If so, what o-rings? Are they all the same or are some o-rings only for certain tanks?)

3. While I'm considering the Davide, I noticed I've never seen anyone list what gauge syringe needle to use with this product. What gauge needle should I be looking for to use with the Davide?

4. I notice almost all driptips are 510 threaded. Will they not work with the Joyetech twist and Vision spinner I listed in Q one?

Thanks for your time

Hello 3bet and welcome!

1 - The charger should work for both of those batteries, and will work fine with the wall socket adapter.

2 - I don't think you'll need o-rings. I've never had to replace them. Though at such an inexpensive price, couldn't hurt to have them, right?

3 - 16 gauge or 18 gauge needles work best for filling with eliquids.

4 - 510 drip tips do not attach to the battery, but the tank. The drip tip is the mouth piece that you'll actually draw through. 510 is pretty much the industry standard with drip tips, and it's also the same name as the thread style 510. The difference between 510 threading on devices and eGo threading on devices is male(510)/female(eGo). Each of the batteries you mention will work with either 510 or eGo threaded devices. You may want to get a beauty ring for your Protanks to support the weight, as they're 510 threaded and can be a little top heavy.

both the are good devices. yes the wall charge will work, same size as I got for my twist in a starter kit. don't think you will o-rings but you might want to consider some extra coil/ head units for your pro tanks. They normally last a long time, but I have had they go bad occasionally after a day or two, rare but it does happen. Don't have a Davide so can't help you there. with drip tips 510 refers to the size, they are about the size of a 510 connector and with a few executions are held in place with o-rings yes they will work with your pro tanks. your pro tank has a 510 connection while the mini has an ego connection and yes they both will work with you Joyetech and your vision. Good luck!

I would consider the iTaste V3 over the twist or spinner, especially if you plan to experiment with different heads down the line. The twist/spinner has a weak switch (2.5 amps) which limits what you can use on it. The V3 has a 3.5 amp switch, is smaller than the twist/spinner in size, doubles as a pass-though and is variable watt, instead of just VV:

I have a 1300 vision spinner from DV. I like it alot, lasts a long time and works very well. Here's a charging tip, Spinners apparently have no uniform charging indicators. I charge mine with a 420mah charger that came with my EVOD kit. When I plug it in to charge the battery light flashes a few times and stays on and the little indicator light on the charger turns red. After about 45 minutes the little indicator turns green but the battery light stays on. After about 4 hours the light on the battery will go out and it's now fully charged! I've seen other posts that say the battery light is off during charging or the indicator light changes from green to red while charging. Lesson is no matter what the lights do it takes about 4 to 5 hours to fully charge a vision spinner. Other then that I'm glad I bought one!

One small suggestion to go along with the protanks is to buy a couple of Kanger EVOD tanks. IMO they are awesome, small but awesome, simple, $5 to $6 dollars cheap, good flavor, good vapor production, look good and a great pocket tank to carry out and about!

You don't need needles to fill any of the clearomizers you mentioned. The only recently released atomizer unit that I am aware of that a needle would be necessary is the new eGo cc. Even then you don't need a needle but a needle nose dropper tip on your bottle is handy.

You really do need a needle tip to fill the mini Davide. The fill holes are tiny. I can kind of get a needle tipped bottle in but a syringe is way easier.
