I would get a couple packs of cartomizers. Clearomizers are great but sometimes they cannot be travel friendly. With cartomizers you don't have to worry about leaking. I usually fill up 3 cartos for work and they last me all day. I use my clearomizers at home.

Kangers are good cause they have a horizontal coil and you don't have to worry so much about topping them off then with a vertical coil in my opinion. Where are you getting this kit?

Great, full kit to start off with. I'm glad to see you starting off right.

+1 to picking up a pack of cartos. They are always good to have around. You may want to pick up an atomizer or two and a drip tip as well. Much easier to try out new flavors by dripping instead of committing yourself to a tank/carto full of juice that you may or may not like.

And congrats on making the switch!

I was looking at the kit on ecigmod.ca...thanks for the suggestion on the cartos! Now I have to go see what the difference is between cartomizers & clearomizers. lol

The twists are where it's at as far budget minded batts go. The most bang for your buck any day of the week. Also a good variety of options (carts/tanks) to use on it. You've got a solid batt in mind, from there it's all about finding what works best for you. I'm personally not a big fan of the Nova but a lot of ppl love it. Glad to have you in the community!

Awesome and thanks! Any recommendations on the drip tip and atomizer?

I can't find any fault in that setup for a beginner. Great choices!

Since you are purchasing individual components (which I approve of), compare prices with the same components with Altsmoke and Discount Vapors.

Finding the right setup is just half of the learning process. Finding a couple of juices that you enjoy vaping for most of the day is just as important.

For juices, I recommend going with vendors whose focus is on their e-liquids. Vendors that sell everything generally make the majority of their money on the devices that they sell, not their juices, so their focus is on the mechanicals. If a juice vendor doesn't make a high quality e-liquid, they won't be in business long. Make sense?

Once that you get started with your initial bottle(s) of e-juice, I recommend that you order sample packs from different e-juice vendors. This will save you a lot of money by not wasting money on larger bottles of juice that you may not care for. Once you find a flavor you like, order more in a larger size.

I'll provide you links to my favorite e-juice vendors. Two of the three offer sampler packs to try out their flavors. All three use all natural and organic flavor, which I have found to be superior. Purer cleaner flavors with no artificial taste. All custom make your juices to order at the time of purchase and put a "birthdate" on each glass bottle when it was mixed. They also offer choices of pg/vg ratio at your direction. All three vendors' juices will benefit from at least a week of steeping.

No prob! Glad to help. :)

Atomizers are kind of a personal preference. I stick with low resistance, (1.8 ohm) since I usually only vape at 3.7 volts. Since you have a twist battery, you may want to start off with a 2.0 to 2.4 atomizer to start off with to see if you like it. But again, it's all personal preference. Any 510 drip tip will work for you. Then you just have to decide on the color, which is harder than you think. lol

Hi BARX and welcome,
Wish my favorite veteran from Canada was here, because i don't know the other sites.
I looked at the site you gave, it is a good kit, it is Joyetech and Vision, thats good. But, at $129.99 you might do better. I don't know if you can order here but you can get 2 kits- 1 with 1000mah Joyetech Twists and 1 with 1000mah Joyetech standard batteries, so, 4 batteries, 2 cases, 2 chargers, 2 adapters and 6 Vision clearomizers {4- stardust and 2- 2.0/v3} for $126.40
VaporCigzz.com
If you can't order here, nothing wrong with that kit. As others have said, if you can try cartomizers now also and maybe a spare battery and charger to save postage later .....car adapter is nice to have also. Good Luck
