4 weeks! Cravings...

I played around with different nicotine levels as well ... settling on 6mg rather than 3mg, as 3mg kinda just held a steady state rather than take away real cravings.

I think when you're down to 1-2 cigs a day ... no longer sure if that would rank in the real cravings level ... maybe something else is driving it.

Maybe upping nic level would help, but when I tried it ... didn't really do a lot, in terms of removing the last cigarettes.

I see it as a process rather than a big step ... while not completely free myself yet ... each day keeps getting better ... so I would expect the last few cigs to fall of quite naturally. Though you may have to push thru to get rid of the last few cigs. Persistence pays off.

Stress, it is my weakness. I developed a bad habit of reaching for a death stick when I was stressed. And it only exasperated the issue.

Now, I vape instead. And when I do, it actually calms me down. Furthermore, it tastes a lot better :)

Keep at it. I hope you succeed.

Yes, I believe you are correct. Its like a security blanket (a very stinky one). I'm looking at it as a process too, and I think I'm ready to move forward....
