How do you know when its dead?

Fresh batt, fresh cart, no vapor. That part I understand, but the atty still gets warm

Isn't the atty's only job to get warm, so if it gets warm and no vapor


How many attys/batts do you guys generally keep on hand ?

I have the same thing with the one battery I have. had to send one in to return or have it looked at. now i THINK this other battery I have was a little better at least to get me through, but it's not really holding a charge well and when I can get some drags, hardly any vapor and the atty gets pretty effin warm

Battery blinds 15 times, i plug it into the USB charger (other one is sent in) and the light is green.

I like the convenience of the USB charger, but I put the FIRST charge with the wall charger (my USB's are 1.0's not sure if that matters)

Hey I'm guessing and learning like you. BUT how are you 6 days off cigs if you are having all these probs? I've had some but not like yours and planned on stopping the real ones this weekend. Doesnt look like I will be doing that this weekend.

I quit for 3 years until about 8 months ago. family/life issues and was back on a pack a day, but knew I wanted to quit. I enjoy the mental part of smoking (social situations, relaxing with cigars, etc). This is an alternative to that.

Plus any replacement device isn't going to get you to quit analogs. You have to want to quit, and I hated smoking them.

So I put the 'dead' atty back in this morn - nothing. For the first time I put some juice directly on the atty and it works! Well it lasted about 20 good hits and then stopped so I put the other atty back in and all is good. Does that make any sense? I guess I'll just use the 'dead' one for driping.

Is that about the norm - 2 drops on atty = approx 20 hits?

And now that I have put in another new (refilled) cart I decided to try the 'dead' atty again and it has been working fine well over 20 puffs and still going. weird
