recieved your juices today will be testing and posting reviews as i taste em. so far vanilla is sutle but not bad and the reg has a nice throat hit. but when compared to a strong juice (36mg) they dont have the same grade. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzGWvShjTPA

certainly is. the guy has stolen my work and then hosted it on his own site whilst taking the credit.

he then further takes the piss by saying that he adds watermarks to his photos so no one will steal them!

youtube supply a code that ANYONE can use to post onto their website. it allows the site to play the video whilst also giving the creator full credit whilst retaining the copyrite for their work plus still counts towards the creators viewing totals.

he has used software to steal my videos and then hosted them himself using his own movie player. this is illegal and copyrite theft.

he has not even had the decency to give credit.

Oh, igetcha I feel so terribly bad about all of this.

Here I am in the middle and now I feel as though I have helped KickIt perpetrate this awful action by purchasing from him. I asked the question that he answered, and you quoted, in pointing out his theft.

I really wish I had known this at the time of my purchase, because I would have waited on another supplier to get stock.

I will NOT purchase from him again because of what he has done to you and b/c shipping to my addy was too high. Might explain the low prices on items. If you send an item back for return / credit it would be less shipping - right? So higher shipping less $ you have to return to customer.

In my book, that makes for bad business, which will be out of business soon.

once i upload a video to youtube i lose all control over its use PROVIDED is embedded using the embed code that youtube provide.

i could appear on a bestiality ......... and there would be NOTHING i could do about it! lol

HOWEVER, i still own 100% copyright of my vids. but my copyright is breached when my vids are illegaly downloaded using special software and then hosted onto a website.

ive had many suppliers ask for my permission to use my youtube vids even though they didnt even have to because they used the youtube embed code provided.........those guys get my total respect.

the sole reasons i make any videos is to help people and because i enjoy making them. im happy for ANYONE to use them ANYWHERE as long as its done in the correct manner!

well, mr kickitstick has emailed me to say he will remove them as he didnt realise it was wrong..........if he does, i will remove my posts.

THAT IS A 100% BREACH OF THE COPYRITE THAT I OWN ON MY VIDEOS AND IS THEFT!

I am subscribed to your video's on YouTube and i have never seen any kind of copyright notices anywhere on any of your video. You don't automagically own a copyright just because you created the video. You actually have to file with a copyright office and it really does not look to me as if you have ever done that. It looks to me like you created video's and placed them in the public domain with no protections.

Do you actually have a copyright on any of your video's? I am not entirely sure about the laws in the UK but here in the USA you are required to have a copyrighted work identified as copyrighted.

I also would like to point out that copyright infringement is not by any measure, "stealing". Stealing deprives the owner of their property. You have not been deprived of your property and though it is much more sensationalistic to use a word like stealing it is not accurate.

I understand you are upset but that is not an excuse to ignore reality and the person you should be most upset with seems to be yourself.

I was under the impression you were making the video's you post on youtube for the benefit of e-cig users. If that is the case then I see no reason why you would be upset that someone else is spreading the information to others.
