My orders over the last 6 months or so have taken a 2-3 days to process before I get the notification that they shipped then they take 2-3 days to get here. Before that it was usually same or next day processing and 2-3day shipping time, from order to delivery was usually 3-4 business days.

My latest order was placed on Sun Feb 17, label created/shipped out 3 days later on Wed Feb 20, and it now looks to be stuck at a USPS hub about 4 hours away since about 2am this morning. Was hoping it would have made it here in time for the mail run today but I wasn't that lucky. Gotta wait until monday. :\

It seems that the wonderful fast service we have been used to for the past 2 years is going down hill fast....The past 4 months the site is so slow that it has taken me 30 minutes each month to order. Tried to order yesterday and the site would not load after putting in my password. Tried again a few times today and it won't load at all. Usually always get my order within 3 days my last order took 9 days to get to me. I realize I only spend around 50.00 a month but just don't seem to be getting the service we used to get from FSUSA. What has happened?

in answer to all of that i will say, we are a victim of success. we are moving our website to a dedicated high speed server. not cheap but same thing used by huge website sales places.
on a note about sometimes slow service getting orders out. We are human like everyone else. This is not a sign of decline of our services. 1 time in a year we had an issue with computers, people etc. it did result in delays. We don't deserve to be branded with a comment like this is the way things have become and will permanently be so, or atleast alluding to that fact.. That isn't fair to us. Sorry to those who had a delay in their orders, Pamela and I profusely apologize. But like any business anywhere, life is not always perfect. All in all everything is fine, we are spending alot of money to upgrade everything and it will happen soon. Thanks to all for the patience...

the service in stores is extremely slow also, it has take me 20-30 min each of the past 7 times I went in the store just to get juice

It took me 40mins to find out they didn't have any of their nock off vivi nova heads. Then they had enough disrespect to ask me how much juice I needed and how much. I'm done with the ignorance they have by the staff that works their and have no knowledge of the vaping gear that is available. I've been told to much information that is not true about clearomizers and tanks that would make anyone laugh. Good luck and I'm done with your.

well. what Pam and I can say is we wish you were around 3 years ago when there wasn't a single walk in store in the U. S. we took a leap of faith to open the first one. We spent our entire life savings to risk opening one. It is extremely popular. Sorry you have complaints about waiting 40 minutes as opped to a few days. Personally, I ask you to try to do this yourself before branding us as someone you will never walk into our store again. There will be alot of stores opening in the future from competition everywhere. But they will not have the dedication to perfection, nor the quality that we strive to perfect. and Voodoo74? attitude like that is not what we want in any of the stores we pay a huge amount of money to create, pay for employees, employee insurance, payroll, unemploymet insurance, rent, utility bills, and dealing with staff who are human, like you, and have personal problem. Just like you do. Don't judge us unless you work for us. Plain and simple.

Important rule of any business. When handling complaints simply take the criticisms, apologize and try to do better. Getting defensive makes you look unprofessional. Whether you have noticed it or not, your customers have noticed that your service is not as good as it once was. Instead of defending yourselves or making excuses and what not, spend that energy finding solutions.

These guys do the best they can with the circumstances they have.

I'm tired of people's attitudes towards customer service reps. Life isn't perfect, stuff happens, but I gave them a dollar so I expect the world wrapped up with a pretty bow isn't an acceptable attitude.

These guys have been around for a long time and have started something special with their stores that I would love to see grow. They're honest, and they work hard. And compared to some other juice vendors, get orders out very fast.

Their service times are completely reasonable and I would have to say they deserve better than this thread.

Voodoo: can I ask why you felt it was disrespectful to ask what juice and how much? For me, that is the key question they could ask.

I'm not trying to be narky, just trying to understand what the issue is. I have never been to a store (waaaay too far) but have found staff to be very respectful, and consider what and how much juice to be the most important info they need.

I guess he expected the staff to read his mind and just know what juice he liked, and how much he needed. That was a ridiculous statement.

I have noticed a huge change in the time of placing an order and receiving the order.... It's taken over a week and according to my tracking, I should get it today. I was use to having my orders 3-4 days tops, so right now I'm vaping my "backup, just in case I run out ejuice".... I'll just adjust the time when I place my next order, so that way I don't have to go to my "backup". It's really not a huge deal.... Because I will not get my juice from another supplier... I have been a customer for 3 years now, and if it takes an extra 3 days to get my order, then I'm ok with that.... This company works hard to provide us with top quality ejuice, and their customer service is amazing. ;)

Just wanted to throw this out there. FSUSA has always been and will remain my go to source for high quality juice. They might not be as cheap as some of the other newer places but whenever I want good crafted juice flavors I know where to go. When a whole family comes together to work on a common goal that says something and maybe they're in a transitional period at the moment making orders take slightly longer but that doesn't mean the place is going down the tubes.
