5 days to get an order out the door?

BigJohnJ - I've not had any issues with the site. Which browser do you use? Also, my last two orders haven't gone out in the next day like they have in the past, but I'm fine with that. I'd prefer that FSUSA is busy, and if that means that my order isn't shipped until two or three days, I'm okay with it.

I couldn't agree more with the things have been said here. I've noticed that over the last year service dependability and consistency have dissipated drastically. It's a real shame to. They used to make a quality product.

I just wanted to say. Freedom smoke USA has really improved on their service times. I got an order to my door in about 4 days which is exemplary. So If I'm going to call them out when they do badly I'm damn sure going to give them the high five when they get it right.
