5 months today

Today I hit the 5 month mark with no cigs. I could not be happier and it is the first thing that has ever worked for me.

I will never forget the first vape. I said to myself, "This might actually work." and....it has so Yay for all of us.

Congrats Rose, So glad to hear. It has been close to 8 months for me so far. I had a doctors appointment today and I made him put a gold star in my chart lol

A BIG Congratulations to you! 5 months is a huge milestone and you should be proud of yourself. On a side-note, I've noticed more than a few of your posts and you have been very helpful to many newbies and for that you get a gold star too.

Congratulations! I actually received my first e-cig as a gift. I wasn't even planning on quitting, been a smoker for 30 years and enjoyed it too much to even entertain the idea of quitting but knowing the whole time I was probably killing myself. Within 1 day of trying this e-cig I actually found myself prefering it over the analog. Surprise! It's been almost 2 months for me!

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I almost cannot believe that in 10 more days I will be smoke free for 6 months, time flew by so quickly while I adjusted, learned and got new stuff

Great job I'm analog free 3 weeks and feel better a little already myself cant wait to get to your point but one day at a time.
