On my calender today is a little silver star, at noon today (GMT) I will have gone a full 6 months without an analogue cigarette. I'm so proud of myself.
This time last year is someone had said to me that I would be smoke free by now I would have laughed but I've done it and I actively promote vaping in my local community, workplace and generally when ever anyone shows an interest.
As I said when I got to the one month mark, I won and cigarettes lost, vaping has only gotten better for me, I have a set up that is still working for me, a range of bought juices along with my own creations but most of all I feel 100% healthier and a lot less stressed all the time.
To anyone just starting on their own vaping journey, stick with it, I remember taking that first first nervous step and the big step of getting rid of the analogues but I have never looked back.
The future is bright and filled with a rainbow of flavours.
