5 week vapiversary

I've been looking forward to xmas purely for my five week vapiversary! The last couple of days have been rough- 11mg and heavy drinking don't mix but i haven't cracked! I didn't even up my nicotine because i want to be cutting back...

Without everyone here's support, this would have been unimaginable. This is definitely my longest time off the stinkies since i started smoking... From the very bottom of my heart, i thank you all and wish you all a 'happy holidays'x

Congrats Rachy_B! I'm very proud of you, I love hearing so many success stories on here, it never gets old. Do you feel the physical effects yet from not smoking? It's amazing! Well, I've been working out on a regular basis too, so that may have something to do with it as well.

Thanks guys! When i get to three months, im insisting on a party! Im gonna go in the chatroom and make everyone have a drink- alcoholic, caffinated, whatever! So far my only slip up has been taking my nicotine back up to 18mg from 11mg although my defence is that its been Christmas and there's been a lot of boozing!x

That's not a slip up. It's called a tactical adjustment. Nuttin' wrong in boosting your nic when needed.
