500 Internal Server Error

Hey guys. I was about to place a $20 order of samples, but I could never get checkout to load. After messing around for 15 minuets, I finally got the error. (Tried two browsers, a second computer, and 3G internet vs my connection. Not much I could do beyond that.)

I'll just try it again later, but an internal server error isn't one that I've seen often, so I thought I better let you guys know. Kinda hard to have an online business when people can't give you their money Who knows, it might be just fine in an hour.

Been seeing extremely long load times when accessing the cart/checking out. On firefox v18.0.2

host upgraded new codes on their database. probably the problem. we are working on moving to a new host with alot more horsepower and speed. should streamline things from there

I truly don't understand why anyone is having problems. I placed an order two weeks ago; went through just fine. Just now, I filled my shopping cart and proceeded to checkout. I didn't place the order, but it would have let me.

Been having problems ordering for 4 months now. slow very slow the past 3 months now today the site will not even load. I have been ordering monthly for the past 2 years and really don't want to go elsewhere so am asking can we phone in a credit card order???????

Don't know if anyone is still up looking but I just got my order to go thru lickity split with no issues. I guess I just needed to wait until all the sleepy heads went to bed.

It took me a couple of hours tonite of trying but I think that was just cause they're running that great 30% off sale. I'm betting everybody was trying to order at the same time when they got off of work and that's why the server error kept coming up. The only time I ever have trouble getting an order to go thru is when they're having a sale. Of course I tend to be a night owl and my best orders are placed between midnight and 2 a.m. when most everyone else is snug in their beds.
