Is anyone else getting a 403 error when trying to login to Healthcabin?

Surfing and selecting and adding items to the shopping cart is fine but trying to log in results in this

[h=1]Forbidden[/h] You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
