500 Internal Server Error

I'm getting an error when trying to submit my order.

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 9699328) (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/freed81/public_html/lib/pear/PEAR.php on line 609

Also, this error message shows up when I try to load the home page.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@freedomsmokeusa.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I have no idea why I've had not had any problem! Each time I read about a new problem, I place an order to see if it will go through; every order has gone through. So, I have a lot of bottles of my favorite flavors!

Just placed an order. Wasn't too bad, just every time I saw the "loading" message I switched tabs and read forums for a couple minutes.

Looking forward to the new server.

we are moving our entire website to a decicated server, with a trunk line to the net that will put all of this to rest for the future. hang tight, it wan't cheap, it was a ton of work. but is almost finished. Pamela and I appreciate everyone's patience but you are going to totally enjoy the fantastic lightening speeds of the new server. no more delays of any kind!!!!

I'm still seeing constant 500 errors and infinite loading times. Last month I was barely able to place my order, now I can't place one at all.

Why is this taking so long to resolve? As an IT guy I see problems like this all the time that are resolved in a matter of minutes, or hours if moving the website and all its data from one box to another or one location to another. Seems like you guys need a new web builder and/or data center. :\

ETA: Still can't place an order.
