50A(C) 26650 Panasonic - Is it true?

After Sony's 50A 26650 battery being tested and proven to be closer to 30A Continuous, there's another one out there.

This could sway me to buy a 26650.

I'd be interested to see how this pans out, as I am just now getting into 26650 mods....For my first batteries I got 3x MNKE 26650's as those are tried and true.....I just don't want to get one of these until I hear from some more people who've used them for what we do.....to vape with!!

Exactly! I'm about to sell one of my mods and if this battery is legit I'll buy a 26650 to replace it in a heart beat. 50 Amps is crazy!

That's 3.2V and a strange chemistry? LiFePO has a special setting on my charger. Don't know much about it, however.

Baditude had a blog on LiFePo4 batteries and thier associated risks. tbh, I'd stick with MNKEs til the results are in.

Still waitin on IMREN results too, theyre supposedly 60a....

I use a 36V 30ah LiFePo4 to run my E- bike. Wonder if I can put a 510 connector and a switch on that thing
