510 180 mAh batt on 420 mA charger??

I have this charger for my Tornado: the TORNADO-Mega Powered USB Charger output 4.2V at 420 mA found at T.W.

Will this charger blow a regular 510 180 mAh manual batt or is it safe?

You can probably charge it with this charger, I don't think the 510 battery will get blown. But with 100% certainly it will deteriorate the battery performance rapidly. So I will agreed, don't risk it.

Thanks. I have plenty to hold me over until I get one: Tornado, PSPT (5v) and the little 510 PT w/o batt box (they claim 5V but realistically probably more like 4.1 or 2 - certainly worth $15 and while not as nice as the PS 5V, it works better for the car as the wire is thinner and much more flexible). I can wait to play with the 180s.
