510 3.7V box Mod

Finally, after searching high and low for the 14500 batteries, my box mod is completed. Real simple design.


The guts of my mod

The RED button is the "Press to Vape button" and a master on/off switch that came with the box

Inspiration from 510 Box Mod Kit

The 2xAA box & button is from Sim Lim TWR

The 510 connector was actually salvaged from my broken EGO.

Next project will be 5v 510 Box Mod Kit

After 3 days of testing my mod, there still few issues that cannot be resolved.

Battery life lasts about 4hrs before it starts to boil my juice in the atty - embarking on a 5V mod with a voltage regulator might solve it as the cutoff voltage should be 5.4V in series.

I would also need a case to fit 2X 18650 and the cct board. Anyone got any ideas?

Dun think so bro, my broken ego uses 18650 and I can't squeeze it into the box.

The most recent mod I made uses a cannibalised ego vv connector if you can't squeeze it in, consider mounting it externally and passing the connecting through a small hoe on the box

18650 sure cannot fit wan. 18mm by 65mm leh. Y didn't u use a 2x AA box instead?

Middle is common. The left or right poles depends on which direction you wanna turn to increase/decrease voltage.
