510 5v PT connector..

i tried to use the customer service button on the website, but it just kept kicking me back to the homepage. anyway. i placed an order 7/15, got it today (my parents had the mail held while they were on vacation. ah, the joys of living at home >.<) and the connector on my 510 passthrough isn't sealed.. there's a hole in the middle, and if i draw on it without an atty on there (so my lips are completely covering the air-flow notches on the sides) i still get a tiny bit of air.

Hi tardcore.. The manufacturer sent us a mix of sealed and unsealed and we did not realize it until it was pointed out to us recently.. We have some replacements on the way and what we are recommending is to use them as usual and if there are premature failures that we will replace them when we get in the sealed ones..

got my new PT in the mail today (shipped out from NC on the 12th, here in PA on the 14th, just further proof that the post office is nothing if not inconsistent!) it's working great, thank for the replacement, guys
