Hi, I'm new to e-cigs and I've been reading on here and I think I'm going with the Joye 510. I'm a 30 year smoker (ever since I was 12) of Marlboro Lights, and I've tried others and didn't quite like the taste, so it's always been Marlboro Lights.

I've read some about the ecigs on here, but I guess I missed some stuff, so that's why I'm asking. The site I'm ordering from is rockymountainvapor, and I guess I'm ordering the liquid
e-liquid Marboro 30ML 11MG
because it's the only liquid I see there that has Mar(l)boro in it. Can I use this if I smoke Lights, or will it be too strong? (Regular Marlboro cigarettes are too strong for me and I don't like them). Are there certain settings or ways to inhale to make it seem like a Light?

Or are there any other suggestions or liquids for me to try, if I'm a lifelong smoker of Marlboro Light and want to try to emulate that flavor?

MPodjski....Welcome to the ECF!! I would think you will be well off with the 11mg to start. It will be hard to duplicate the taste of a marlboro cigarette as you are inhaling a vapor instead of burning a tobacco product. the taste is just not the same. What you will experience is the "sensation" of smoking without actually smoking!!The 510 has a manual swith which will let you control the lenghth of the "Hit" so you can make your own call on whether the nicotine level is too low or two high! There are quite a few suppliers who sell the marlboro e-liquid...You may want to check out the e-liquid review section for comparrison!! Good Luck!:)The Wiz!

I started with Marlboro/Cloves/Sherman analoges. Over the years, managed to weedle myself down To Carltons. (I know why bother.) I just couldnt ever get off of the Carltons (which are the lightest.) You will get a TON of suggestions with your question. 11 mg. was not enough for me. Just start with what you have ordered, and see how you feel with it. But...my guess is that you will be uping your mg. as I had to do for the serious craving times. We are all different, so only you will know what is best for you. I say this as I bought alot of really low nic., as I was sure (then, in the beginning) I would not need anything higher. That was then.:)

I was a Marlboro Light smoker. I smoked 10-15 per day. My first order I started with 11mg and 18mg juice. I think 18mg was perfect for me to augment my smoking. Although being new to vaping you can't help but puff on it all the time trying to figure things out. So I think 11mg may be good also starting out.

So far Marlboro is my favorite for tobacco flavor. Luckily it was my first flavor and I liked it. I would recommend getting a 30ml 11mg flavor since RMV doesn't offer 11mg in smaller bottles. Probably Marlboro. Then I reccomend getting several of the 10ml 18mg size bottles to sample. I have read many reviews that Kent and Hilton also come reccomended for Marlboro Light smokers. I haven't tried those two yet but they are on their way now.

I guess I'm ordering the liquid
E-Liquid Marboro 30ML 11MG

Well I didn't order anything until now, I just had stuff picked out, and now someone, somewhere is really laughing at me. Most of the e-liquids I had picked out or saw on this site from the RMV site don't have an order key next to them, so I guess they're sold out.

I didn't order anything except the e-cig from them, then I found the awesomevapor site and got a sample pack and a 9mg bottle of Marlbone (it also says it comes with an 18mg strength sample, so I chose Marlbone for that too, to see the difference between 9 and 18 mg. Also ordered another ecig cause I guess they don't last too long, but it sucks they only had black. Even RMV didn't have the led color I wanted.

But that really doesn't mean too much to me. At least now I have some stuff coming to me that I can try, and from there I'll decide more. I learned alot from the suggestions here, so thanks! Keep doing it if you think of any more, I have a feeling I'm not done trying this stuff yet.

I smoked light cigarettes (been a while since I lit up) and find 11-12mg is just right for me. Of course I'm using the JOYE510 and it delivers the nicotine just right.

Winston is the closest taste to a cigarette (there's no gimmicky flavor just a nice woodsy cigarette tobacco flavor), camel is quiet good, and so are most of the Marlboro flavors I've tired. No, nothing tastes exactly like a cigarette because the tar and smoke and filth and burning dried out leaves taste is missing. All you're left with is the flavor you couldn't taste while smoking. After you've been vaping a few weeks or a month, and get your taste buds back, make sure to bum a real Marlboro. It's a flavor you will not want to try and duplicate.

Noobs always want to recreate the smoking experience. Once you've been vaping a while you realize that smoking never was great. Try a handful of different flavors you may be surprised at what you like. On my last order I tried Pineapple, Juicy Peach, Chocolate, Menthol, and Grape. Liked them all, but loved two in particular.

Try anything. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

+1 on duplicating the actual taste of a cigarette. Last night I was smoking my before bed analog, a Doral Ultra Light (down to 5 or 6 a day from 2 PAD) and began to analyze the taste. Tobacco is a dry smoke with a bitter aftertaste and I realized that I didn't want to duplicate that. What I would like to find is a pleasing tobacco taste that doesn't have a perfume or heavy sweet component.

Tobacco flavored juice from Awesome Vapor fits that bill. It's probably the closest I hae found. Don't expect any sweetness or perfume; it's not there, but if you compare ultra-light analog to it there's a closeness to the effect. If you like a slightly sweet tobacco taste, Winston or Marlboro flavors are good, as well as the 555 and RY4 juices.

You can always add a drop of caramel, vanilla, or any other flavoring to the cart before you put the filler back in to touch it up. I cut my polyfill filler to about half length or less and pull it out with tweezers when I refill. That way, I can drop the juices in the empty cart where they will mix, and re-insert the filler and top off.
