I think I heard somewhere on here that some 510 atomizers are different than others. Basically I had bought a kit and the 2 atomizers I got are bleh. The first ones wick disintegrated and floods even without dripping. The second one has a nasty burnt taste that I cannot get rid of. Most of all they are inconsistent as hell. I am using the PTB cart method and I have tried dripping. My npro is more consistent and easier to manage than my 510. I do like the 510 when it isn't acting up and everyone praises them so I am convinced that I got unlucky with the atomizers. Someone here said get the atomizers from somewhere but I cannot remember...

Thanks in advance!

have you tried the usual cleaning of them ? you may have just got some bad ones... how long have you had the 510 and where did you get it from ? some places will replace them for ya within so many days to a month.

i have a 510, one atty seemed to die on me so i switched to another 510 atty and a week later i tried the old one and it worked perfect again. on a side note that one was giving a burnt taste as well ... i think it was some fibers from the fill though.

I have had the 510 for a week now. When they aren't acting up I love them. I have cleaned them and it does help some. The one where the wick disintegrated is pretty unusable since it either produces little vapor or floods real easy. I am going to order some extra atomizers anyway because I can't imagine what I would do if they died and I didn't have backups lol. I'll clean it out again tonight and see how it does tomorrow.

Thanks

Maybe I have just been lucky but mine never act up. Often I find its the battery almost dead (correct me if im wrong and this shouldn't happen)

Also, when you get a new one, I would just blow out the primer and vape away. From what i've observed it seems as though over cleaning is the fastest way to kill an atty.

Again, correct me if im wrong on any of this... still a noob :D
