I'm having trouble with my Riva. The batt is newly charged, the atty is clean and dry, but when I put on a cart I get nothing. When I hit the manual button, it fires up. This atty won't work on any of my 510s.

I thinking if the atty were dead it wouldn't light up when I hit the button. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Thanks

My dead attys don't lightup. If it is open circuit, then no voltage gets to the coil

I meant the atty "lights up" - burns red and sizzles when I press the manual button, but won't vape when I put a cart on. The atty doesn't work on any of the 510s I've tried it on, but it fires and gets hot when there's no cart. Wouldn't fire when I dripped either.

It's either still wet from cleaning. flooded or still really dirty IMHO.

try dripping a few drops of juice on the atty and see what happens.

Can you give a little background? How long since cleaning, what method, etc?

I've had a couple refuse to give vapor even tho they were getting hot. I'm still not sure exactly why, but both started drawing too easily at the same time. One I tossed and the second I ripped the bridge out of, cleaned & dry burned. That one works ok now, but is a little "touchy" to run. It wants to be just so wet and no more. Not always simple without a wick. I keep it as a backup or use it while I am cleaning the one I am vaping to oblivion as an endurance test.

Anyway, how did you arrive at this situation?
