Okay, let me just apologize in advance if this has been discussed to death already but I can't seem to find anything with the new search feature.

I recently purchased some regular 510 atties (Joy, not Joye brand) from TheVaporMall and have discovered that they don't screw all the way onto all of my pv's, not even enough to activate them. I wasn't that bothered when they didn't work on the Hello 016 because I normally use my Bartleby anyway and they're fine on that.

Now, however, I've just received my long-awaited BB and the atties aren't lovin' that either. I'm obviously not willing to force those last couple of turns for fear of trashing the BB's threads, so is there a fix for this other than purchasing new atties elsewhere?

Other than trying a 510 to 510 adapter (Do they make those?)-Bumping you back up.

When the first (standard) 510 manual batteries came out, the switch would recess into the charger because of the placement. A 510 manual battery extension would allow for the clearance. It's possible that the OP would benefit from one of those items. RMV used to sell them, though I dont see them on the site right now. Perhaps a search for them would help? Shawn at Litecig probably still has them.

But, to be honest, if it's just a few oddball attys, I'd use them up and make sure not to buy those particulars ones again.

I actually just experienced a similar thing with my normal atty supplier, for the second time. I purchased 2 and they are visually different thread lengths, the shorter of the two just not making contact. Some juice I dropped in it just flowed out the bottom hole into my PV, and not one sizzle... very odd. I wish I could help you out, but I think we are both in the same boat :(
