I've been getting some 510 atomizers that are way too snug to seat a cartridge without scraping the hell out of the cart and still won't seat properly.

It's getting to a point where 1 in 4 (brand new) atomizers is useless to me.

Any way to stretch them (like with a specific sized punch) so you can slip a cartridge inside of them properly.

I've run across one 510 atty that I bought new that I almost could not remove the cart from, it was not easy! After finally removing the cart it had scratch marks on the plastic sleeve that was inside the atty and using a jewelers loop I noticed that the open end of the metal atty had some metal shavings still attached. It looked like it was cut but not cleaned up and the loose pieces were very sharp.

I simply took a small round file and lightly filed the open end of the atty for a couple of minutes, just enough to remove any loose pieces of metal/shavings and voila, it worked perfectly.

You may have an atty that has a rough edge on the open end that needs to filed or cleaned up with some fine sandpaper or emery cloth.
