JC juice is thick and prolly wont flood your atty, but you will probably have the same symptom in only the first few hits will be good and vapor will taper off significantly after that. JC juice tastes great, dont get my wrong, but after trying several other brands, its probably my least favorite even though some of the JC flavors are my most favorite. JC juice keeps giving me a panic attack because it makes me think my 510 is dying from the very weak vapor output. Seems everytime I load up a cart with JC, im in heaven for 5 mins, then end up swapping it out for something else that will perform more consistently. Hopefully you wont have the same experience, since atty flooding is probably already fustrated the heck outta ya.

I personally wouldnt soak my atty in soda, although some list great success with that. Seems whenever I clean my working atty with any type of liquid, it dies less than a week later. Once a week blowing it out, then sticking a paper towel in the atty overnight works for me on clearing it out. Innovapor has some pretty good video tutorials for the 510 you may want to check out.

Are you a light moderate or heavy vaporer?
How long does your average atomizer last for?

Heavy, for sure. Ive had two die in less than 30 days, almost directly after soaking them in alchohol and letting dry overnight. The atomizer Im on now is over a month and a half old and still going strong, and all I do is blow it out on occassion and let a paper towel wick out the extra juice every sunday night. I do plug it into a 5v passthrough when vapor gets weak, but only puff on it a couple times and plug it back into the battery. Im guessing the 5v drags may be similar to the cleaning function some e-cig batteries have.

I don't know what I do, I consider myself a moderate vapor and all my atomizers last forever, my 306a atomizers are still goin and it's been 4 months and I got 4 of em. The only atomizer I ever had die out of like 20 was a 510 but I'm pretty damn sure that was my own fault.

I just let them be or dry them with a towel if needed, if they are going cold or I feel they've been sitting too long I make sure they are not warm or hot and drop them in cold soda. I'm either extremely lucky or doing something right.

I am a heavy vaper and am still using my original attys. The one thing I find is dripping about 5-8 drops into my cart and allowing it to sit for the Fluvall to absorb the liquid works wonders. Anything more initially causes gurgling and flooding. If I vape constantly I start getting a nasty taste, used to top up now let it sit and it hits as good as before. I point mine down cause up causes a juice leak (yuck) for me on a newly filled cart.

I blow it out.. drip it with alcohol then rinse and blow again let dry and add a couple drops directly to the atty.

510 atty ( my fun night )

ok i have 3x attys on me 2x from one batch 1x from another ( assuming that the kit i ordered was from the same batch )
i was playing with the 1x other vendors atty today and noticed more vap so

i compaired vapor from atty one and atty two from the same kit (batch) and noticed a LARGE difference in vapor production

the same cart and battery were used on both attys
battery was an auto battery both attys were blow jobed out/ tapped with towel dry and reprimed with 3x drops each

the cart 510 straw mod polly fill batting

atty 1 is on day five of my 5-10ml a day habit ( no drip no spill im looking for a car battery mod at this time )

atty 2 was tested at purchase time primed and packed shelfed

results of side buy side att1 vapor amount low ( medium if i really really work for it)

att2 little to no work so much vapor i coughed

i am attempting a cleaning tonight ( coke 2x hours , vodka shaker 2x hours , dry overnight )

extra info at purchase time both attys were tested and found to work the same with so close to the same amount of vapor no comments were made

atty1 was cleaned today in a vodka bath at work ( yes i keep booze at my desk ) and yielded pour vapor results before and after

I purchased a 510 after lurking on this forum. it took me a while to learn how to get a good puff, and when I got better juice it was a godsend. It takes a good hard pull to get the juice to flow in contact with the atty as well as having a well topped of cart (I havent tried pre-filled but imagine they suck with the way my 510 attys behave)
