510 auto batt

I've been using my 510 for about two days now. I've noticed that the battery will randomly activate on it's own. The time I first saw it was when I set it down on my desk, it activated and stayed activated until the led blinked and shut itself down. It happened a few more times. This has been happening more and more often... About 5 times a day. After it happens I cannot use the Pv for about 10 minutes.

Any ideas as to why and how to remedy this. It's not from sound or anything I don't think. But I have noticed I can make it happen if I tap the led cover part on something... Not a hard tap but just barely works when I tap it against my nails sometimes...

That is no problem at all replacing your battery. Just send an email stating your order number the color of the replacment and operating style, ie auto or manual.

the battery is pretty much useless now. fires only when it wants to... which is randomly. but on the bright side I got my new battery in the mail today. was supposed to be a manual but they sent me an auto... maybe they will send me another battery

Yeah, these pretty much get a bad rap from everyone that gets their hands on one. Too bad, because the KR8 auto batteries work fine. Here' the standard response: get an eGo
