510 Carto differences and... Where are the LR cartos?

Ok, I have a couple (hopefully) simple questions.

What is the difference between the gold tipped and silver tipped 510 cartos?
I've noticed on my 5v PT, the silver tipped don't seem to work as well.
The silver tipped ones only have the rubber mouthpiece with no clear rubber grommet. The gold ones have both the rubber mouthpiece and the clear grommet.

So if anyone can explain the differences to me (which ones are better and why) I'd greatly appreciate it.

The other question I have is where can you buy LR cartos right now? The only place I can find them is at Provape (which is fine, those guys are great!) but I was just curious where else they might exist.

Sorry, no idea about the difference in the gold tipped and silver tipped 510 cartos but if you want some really good LR cartos, non 510 I use cloudsofvapor. Their lR cartos are fantastic I found provapes LR cartos to be too harsh.
