What is the best method for filling 510 cartomizers from eastmall?

I switch on using the condom filling method and dripping into the battery/connector thread.
Have no idea witch one of them are the best in the long run. .
If i drip in the battery/connector thread it wil always leak out of the moutpiece after 8-10 drops. and if i try to hold a piece of paper under it, it get a lot of juice on it, so i feel i'm wasting quite alot in the long run, since i try to fill 20-25 dropd everytime its empty. .
