510 charging

I have a 510 auto and a manuel, each with a charger, when i put them on charge the end doesnt blink just stays lit, and the chargers both stay green, one charger is a usb, one is a wall charger, is there something wrong with these batteries?

That charger staying green is a sign the batt is not taking a charge. I'm not sure about the LED staying lit. I have a pair of Riva 510's that the LED stays lit while charging.
