New user here, long time lurker!!
I just got some 510 Drip Cartomizers (2) from IndyVaporShop, heres my take!!
Tested on an Ego passthrough, regulated at 3.5v.
Both cartoz I got measure at 2.7ohms on a well calibrated HP bench meter so this is there TRUE, accurate resistance. However, they will vary some.
First off, the tip is NON-REMOVEABLE. It is pressed in. This will make cleaning VERY difficult if not impossible considering the way the tip is made internally. It would take forever to dry even if you could get the old juice out.
Second, It is just a normal, batting filled carto with a pressed in drip tip. However, the coil is sideways as opposed to lengthwise. I think some others are sideways but I have not personally come across one. The batting looks a little looser but cant really tell without ripping one apart.
Third, The primer fluid tastes HORRIBLE, and there is enough of it to ruin a few fills worth of liquid. It will take a few flushes to get it out. Im not sure I will get to know what the real flavor production will be. I got 2 of them to try and one appears to not have primer, its dry, but the one I tried was initially soaked with primer, or something else, who knows, its gross and smells BAD. Different than other primer fluids ive encountered.
Vapor production is pretty good, about the same as a good CE2. TH is about the same as well.
They hold about 25-30 drops.
One of the ones I got have a smashed thread and is unusable as is.
All in all, just stick with CE2's, remove their silicone innards and use a drip tip on them. Its cheaper that way, plus you can clean them, and re-use your drip tip. These pretty much suck!!
