Ok, I'm a little confused.. I have 2 of these exact cartos sitting side by side. Same juice. One works great up to 4.8v. Over that, it tastes burnt. The other one works great at 4.0v, and over that it tastes burnt. What would cause this? They both read 2.4 ohm. mod is a Provari...

I understand that cartos have their limits, I'm just trying to understand why one would behave so differently than the other given the exact same resistance..

Thanks for anyone that can share some insight into this...

Mr. Isaac / Master of vape ! :vapor:

I received my 510 Drip style Carto order yesterday and I must say that you really did a fantastic job on these also, along with the 801/510 Fusions, and the 801 LR & HV Atty's

You amaze me in your designing skills and your attention to detail on all of your products. I love these 510 Drip Tip Carto's, they hit perfectly and the flavor is clean and perfect, with the vapor just right and warm the way I like them. I don't know how your doing it, but keep up the magic.

Isaac sorry for not getting back sooner. Used it on a little chuck with no adapter. It just blew. Since then I have used 2 more with no problems. Love em! Keep up the good work! No need to send another one. Stuff happens. When will you them without the DT's? I really dont need another 10 DT's lol!!

Your such a good guy Chelsea, Thank you.
Lol totally understandable, they'll be ordered and shipped in just a few days. Before the holiday, they prepped a couple thousand more for just in case we wanted to place the order before they left. So they will definitely be at the ready for us upon arrival. :thumb:

Isaac, how the heck are you doing, any better? I sure hope your back in the good side of things. I'm sure glad I ordered all them Fusions too. I was thinking about maybe scalping fusions. LOL Naw that's not my style but I did laugh when I wrote it.

I just tip them and drip the juice in like pouring a beer in a glass, seems to take between 20-30 drips depending on your bottle, when I get a drip come out the end I stop and clean it up and off I go. When it starts to lose flavor, I drip 10 more drops. They are great, you will enjoy the taste of your juice from these.

I was worried that the first one I started using about 5 days ago was starting to go bad, but nope. My main PV has a thumbwheel for voltage and I had accidentally turned it up to like 4.7 but I like it around 4V.

I did have to blow out my carto though because I overfilled a little. I had been vaping nearly clear juices, but the stuff looked more brown. I noticed this in CE2 syringe mods too that the color will change. Now that I fixed my voltage and blew through it is still pretty close to as with a fresh one.

Can I use these cartos on an Infinity? I LOVE LOVE LOVE these cartos but you can't use an atty lower than 2.8 ohm on the Infinity. I haven't received the Infinity yet but I don't want to wreck it by using these cartos.

Thanks!

It sounds to me that the PCB on the infinity protects the device against over current situation. Something I am on the fence about. The cartos are rated for 2.5Ohms although the one I tested metered at 2.6Ohms. I would ask Buzz the question.

I use 2.5 ohm on my Infinity without any problems. It's when you get down to 2.3 ohm that the protection circuit kicks in, it has a 2 amp max current draw. I've been using the Fusions without any problems. Also you won't wreck it. All it will do is protect itself and not fire an atty or carto that low. In fact when the protection circuit on my passthrough won't let me use a carto I can still use it on my Infinity.

The infinity's protection circuit kicks in at 1.9A, the Provari's kicks in at 2.5A. That is the price to be paid for the smaller size of the Infinity and it's pcb. Most people do not vape at over 2 Amps anyway. It is well beyond a "warm vape"

Thanks, that explains allot. :)

Wrt heat, I agree with you there. I like my vape at 7W, this is where the Darwin had appealed to me. The price point was out there and considering this is not an alternate lifestyle for me (cessation) I could not see myself spending that much to get it bang on 7. Close is good enough for me doing it manually.
