Hi, I am no newbie to LR atomizers or regular atomizers for that matter. I recieved a few brand new LR's today in the mail and immediately checked all of them... The one in question will NOT screw on to any of my 510 devices, I tried forcing it but got it stuck and had to use plyers to screw it off... Is this a manufacturing mistake? Should I return it? I already contacted the company... waiting for a reply...

yeah, never force these things, the threads are easy to strip/counter thread, and then you have a useless device.
if the threads are damaged i'm not sure anyone will replace it.
I'm using an adapter thank god... I'm trying to return the atomizer not the adapter, or am I confused and that is that what you were talking about

hmm sure it's not the adapter?
I got a 510 to 808 adapter pack once(from HG if I remember right) and a few of them had :p threads and just wouldnt work.
Yes. This is the first one in a long time I've had problems with. The threads must have already been damaged or just a mistake in manufacturing before being sent to me. I ran all of the tests, tried a different adapter (a few different ones actually) different atomizers, even the stock 510 batts :( :(. Now I'm worried the supplier won't refund since I emailed them before the holiday but they didn't check it and now it's gonna be 2 days before they check it but that's longer than the warranty (I THINK) am I right about this? About "it's not their fault they didn't check the email in time?"

I did email them as soon as I realized it was faulty, soon as I tried to screw it on. You think I'll be okay?

Im sure your email will be sufficient warranty wise. Things happen and not every piece can be perfect all the time. You should be able to get it replaced IMO. Just dont mess with it bc they may want it back to show thier manufacturer. :)
Uh oh too late LOL. I took BasilRay's suggestion and ran a knive in the threads and two seemed to be stuck together. It's fixed now! Yay
