Hi, I am no newbie to LR atomizers or regular atomizers for that matter. I recieved a few brand new LR's today in the mail and immediately checked all of them... The one in question will NOT screw on to any of my 510 devices, I tried forcing it but got it stuck and had to use plyers to screw it off... Is this a manufacturing mistake? Should I return it? I already contacted the company... waiting for a reply...

I'm using an adapter thank god... I'm trying to return the atomizer not the adapter, or am I confused and that is that what you were talking about
if the threads on the atty are damaged, probably not returnable, but still worth a shot.
What adaptor are you using? I would think the 510 attys wold screw right on the battery.

I'm using a Screwdriver with 510 adaptor. The Screwdriver is a 901, so yeah. I tried 2 other adapters and also the regular stoc 510 batts no luckzelda said:

I got a 510 to 808 adapter pack once(from HG if I remember right) and a few of them had threads and just wouldnt work.

Now I'm worried the supplier won't refund since I emailed them before the holiday but they didn't check it and now it's gonna be 2 days before they check it but that's longer than the warranty (I THINK) am I right about this? About "it's not their fault they didn't check the email in time?" I did email them as soon as I realized it was faulty, soon as I tried to screw it on. You think I'll be okay?
I'd think you'd would be fine as long as the "time stamp" on the email is within the warranty time frame. Good Luck!
I've had problems like this with 510 Cartomizers, but never with atties. If you place it closely to a proper 510 atty connection, does it look bulged around the edges, like above the threading?
With cartomizers, I've usually said "Oh well." But never had that problem with an atty.

I had this with a cartos as well. I traced the threads with a knife. There was something on the threads and it came off. The threads worked well after that.
Im sure your email will be sufficient warranty wise. Things happen and not every piece can be perfect all the time. You should be able to get it replaced IMO. Just dont mess with it bc they may want it back to show thier manufacturer.
Uh oh too late LOL. I took BasilRay's suggestion and ran a knive in the threads and two seemed to be stuck together. It's fixed now!
