510 passthrough. Anyone tied this yet?

I am thinking of trying another passthough again. Although the last one I got did not last more than a week, this one looks to be promising. Has anyone here atually tried it yet?

Personally, I don't care for the pass through. I bought one and tried it, but found it too cumbersome. I find it just as easy to just have multiple batteries and switch them out.

I also read a few posts about them possibly frying your computer motherboard if they happen to short the wrong way. You can get a USB port device with it's own power supply or a pass through that has a built in suppressor to prevent this, but they are relatively expensive.

I find that they are more trouble than they are worth (for me).

I bought the 5 volt 510 PT from Madvapes. It is awesome with the 510 cartos and other atomizers. Just don't use a LR atomizer with it.
You need to get the 2 amp wall plug usb adaptor with it as I don't think a computer power supply can handle it.

Best vaping so far for me.

If you have a 5v device already, then you dont really need one. I love mine. Plus all batteries eventually will wear down and die, this keeps you from using your batteries when you dont need to.

I have the 5v USB PT for the 510. I plug it right into my computer and vape away. Don't try running 2 off the same computer though. Only one will work at a time and you will be fighting with your significant other to quit cutting off your power.

That looks pretty cool. I think if I were in the market for a 510 PT I'd want to try that one. You could just jump up and go with it for a while. I really don't like the old 510 PTs and I almost didn't use mine at all after I got it.

Optsmk-Yes, I have tried (and use) that pass through. It's both a pass through and a regular 510 manual battery. It works okay, the cord is kinda' short (30"). I got mine from MadVapes- 510 Sit and Go USB Passthrough.

I use 5 Volt 510 Manual USB Passthrough - it has a nice thick cord, and a decent length, and works like a trooper

I got my first PT about two weeks ago. Its a 5v 510 from madvapes. Its awesome I love. I have no problems running it off my laptop.
