510 Passthrough question

My 510 passthrough arrived today along with a mains adaptor. The passthrough already has a thin battery on it. I plugged it in 6hrs ago and the light is still red on the mains adaptor. Is this normal or is it faulty. Nothing happening when trying to vape with it.

Don't worry. Just found that the mains adapter is faulty as the passthrough works when in the USB port.
