I have a normal Joye510 usb one (with the battery in the little box attached, purchased when i got my kit from cignot) and its so so convenient but I've been finidng that it 'seems' to heat up the atty faster than the manual batt I use. I do use it a lot, so it could be that I suppose, but I find juice tastes a bit different on the PT as well when compared to the manual. It 'seems' to get harsher faster. Is this normal, or is there something amiss?
Also, am I supposed to unplug it from time to time from my PC? Or is it ok to just leave it plugged in 24.7?
Thanks a lot. :)

While both the regular Joye 510 battery and the battery used in the passthrough are both 3.7 volts, the one in the passthrough will hold the peak voltage - 4.19 volts - longer than the manual battery and so that is likely what you're experiencing.

Because the PT may run hotter, there are two things:
- You may be running out of juice quicker and getting to the 'harsh - dry atomizer' taste earlier - just top off when you taste a lessening of flavor.

- Some flavors - mainly lighter ones like fruits, berries, vanilla, chocolate, etc. taste better with the cooler vape, so you might try using the tobacco, coffee, cappuccino flavors for the PT, and the lighter flavors for the regular 510 batt.

As far as connecting to the computer - it's advised to use a usb wall plug instead, because of the possibility - even if slight - that could occur if there is a short in the PT. Here's an inexpensive solution:
