Everything is charged when i wake up. First batt lasts about 3 hours, second about 3, first about 1.5, second about 1.5.... Then the PCC can't keep up. When my battery runs out, the PCC is still charging the other Batt. Then the battery time really goes downhill.

When I say by the end of the day, I mean 2 hours b4 I go to bed

I was having the same issue with my batteries not keeping up. Not with a 5210 or PPC, but my 801 and regular wall charger. I was running my 3 batteries down until they started flashing. Then I read a post about switching batteries out after they get a bit weak instead of running them all the way out. Some folks say it's OK to recharge before they blink, some say it's not. Some even say it's better not to let them run all they way down, except now and then. So, I'm using one until it gets weaker, then put it on the charger and get a fresh one. It doesn't take them long to charge when they haven't been drained, and it solved my problem. I have no idea what my battery life is like now because I haven't run one completely down since I started doing it this way. I also love having full flavor all the time instead of just when the battery is fresh. Good luck, I hope you get yours situated. :)

your right the 510 cuts off long before being dead. the pcc also does not charge to 100%. if i charge at the wall 4hrs they last for 4hr when i use the pcc its about 2hrs. the same can be said for the pcc, charge a few hrs beyond when the green light comes on and it will charge a couple more times.I actually carry two of them

I 'lap' my PCC all the time if I am at the bar or a friends house where Im using it alot even with a couple of spare batteries along. It is necessary if you are going to try to leave the house with a 510, but since it can't keep up it is really more of a hassle than it is worth long term for my personal vaping style anyway.
