Back about 2 weeks ago,I bought several atty's reg res cart type for my 510 and I thought I would give the tank system a whirl at the same time, well low and behold they arrive in the mail. I tried out the cart type first had been using only carto's at this point in my new vaping life.I found these carts to be well a little light on TH and light on vapor,well off they go into my vape box will do in a pinch if I am out of carto's.Then I tried the 510-T system,I set it all up, load the tank with my fav juice fire the sucker up hear it crackling....I take my first drag.....well needless to say and I quote myself "this is like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose" and no I have never tried that so get your minds out of the gutter :D.There was no vapor ,no flavor no nothing.I can here the atty firing snap crackle pop.I took it apart saw nothing wrong dry fired it snap crackle pop.I got frustrated chucked in my vape box.I took a look at it again today tried it again still nothing.I cleaned the crap out of it,still nothing then it dawned on me the air hole on the side might be plugged.....took out a BD 31ga needle(paramedic access to sharp pointy objects:D) popped it in the air hole felt a little pop,set it up all over again,fired that sucker up and low and behold to my amazement vapor.....tons and tons of vapor,and flavor beyond belief.I guess some of the factory primer had gotten hard and plugged it up or a small shard of metal from the drilling process got missed at the QC stage of production.I thought I was out a few bucks on this atty(is cheap or should we say frugal)I now have another alternative to vaping other than cartos.....This is a good day to vape,I just might re-examine the carts and see if thais little trick might assist it as well stay tuned will let you.Cheers all and happy vaping.....now where did I put my ego......I'm outta here

I too had given up on one of my ego t "b" attys. I burnt it at some point so ripped out the spike and figured
I'd use it for dripping.

Read a post where Zippo wick was used. Blew 2 bucks on a wick. Removed the old atty wick and kept the
ss wrap from it.

Pulled zippo wick apart a little, cut, folded, wrapped with mesh and inserted it back into the spike,
trimmed it. Inserted the spike into an empty b style tank cartridge, and popped it back into the atomiser.

It was small and fiddly work but I got my tank atty back, plus still have enough wick left
for prob. 10-15 redos maybe more.

Cheers Hitme:vapor::vapor:

edit: did not use the copper or the string parts, only the fibrous part of the zippo wick.
