I received some 510-t LR attys today from heaven gifts. Nice! The draw is easier and more open than the regular, but the vapor is even better. First one metering in at 1.9Ω on a 3.1v mega batt, it's drawing a low @1.6amps. (still wouldn't recommend 1.5Ω lrs on regular or mega 510 batts). The regular 510-t's are 2.3-2.5Ω - measured again to be sure.

So... same with the regular 510-t - no leaks, vapes great.... I have the longer tank - flat tip - so that helps on length of time. The LR needs stronger flavors - like most LRs.

I've only got LRs too as the standards I was sent were just regular 510 atties... anyway flavour is lovely and all but wow does the tank go down quick :(

I'm using the whistle tip ones which I think are longer?? Not sure... (I'll find out when the rest of my stuff arrives from HC)

Still much prefer a standard type B ego-t tank, .......n thing lasts forever on one tank :D

Ry,

Same here - I'm getting good flavor from the eGo-t B types and the capacity overrules any other factor for me. I have no need for a cig style PV but if someone does the 510-t is a good choice. The vapor from the LR's is signficant vs. almost any other mini or supermini including the regular 510 kit and despite any true 3.7v KR8.

The flat tip tanks are .7 vs. .5 on the round ones. And yes, one does go through the ejuice....

Don't really have any experience with any mini or supermini stuff, only tried the ego-t to start with :)

But yeah they would be a good option I guess, you'll need to carry at least a ciggy packet full of tanks with you if your out for the day so that's another plus for cig style pv lol :)

Got some of the smaller tanks in today wow they are small :) Still haven't tried the regular 510-t yet either, they should last quite a bit longer than the LRs right? (stuck on the new DC clear cartomisers that came with the package, nice flavours on them :D)

That, to me, is an ideal 'start'. You could carry a bottle of ejuice but prefilling tanks would be good too. The other thing would be carrying batteries. I don't think there is a pcc for the new autobatts but one could use regular 510 batts or get a few eGo batts. The attys work well on them.

And yes, the regular 510-t attys will last a bit longer as far as ejuice goes - and the vapor is still good - just not huge as with the LRs.

First one metering in at 1.9Ω on a 3.1v mega batt, it's drawing a low @1.6amps. (still wouldn't recommend 1.5Ω lrs on regular or mega 510 batts).

I picked up a 510-T LR atty (1.7ohm) from VapeRite about a week ago, and I'm really liking it... better hits and flavor, and less messing around with filling carts (dripping).

Do you think 1.7ohm is pushing it with my 510 mega battery? I had no idea that this might be a problem until after I bought the thing and had been using it for a few days. So far no problem. But, am going to send my battery to an early grave?

If it is a problem, I was thinking of picking up a Riva 510 kit. I assume it would be safe to use this 510-T LR atty with a Riva (?)... because I'd really like to stick with this atty. I definitely like it LOT more than the stock one.

I've yet to burn out a 510 battery but the lower the ohms the more times recharging so you'll lower the life a bit. I personally wouldn't have a problem vaping 1.7Ω on a 510 mega batt -280mAh. Would hesitate to run a 1.5Ω on a regular 510 battery. The 510-t works well with the eGo/Riva/Tornado and you can try out an eGo-t atty and tank too. You can't go wrong buying a Riva or an eGo batt imo.

Great - thanks for the info!
It's good to know that I should be alright for now (which seems to be the case so far), but I will definitely get a Riva very soon. I look forward to less battery switching and charging. I sort of liked the idea of having a slim, cigarette like PV rather than something that looks a bit like a kazoo... but, a good vaping experience trumps appearances.

I like using my 510-T LR on an eGo battery. Lasts a long time - the battery that is - and the flavor and vapor are great. I have found of all the 'T' set ups, 510-T LR is the best for actual use. I gave up completly on any Type A eGo-T and my type B LR work great but they tend to flood and need a good blow out every few fills... if they could have the innards and reliability of the 510-T LR and the capcity of the Type B it would be the best...

I got my Riva recently, and was very happy with the combo of that and a 510-t LR... until the 510-t got clogged or something. The draw started getting really hard, to the point where it wasn't even usable. I tried boiling it and soaking it in vodka, but it didn't help much. Not sure what I did wrong. Or maybe I should just think of them as being somewhat disposable? Oh well, I have a 5 pack on the way.

In the meantime, I got a pack of the Dual Coil Mega Cartomizers from Joogler Juice. They're another great option for good hits with not much messing around with constant refilling. They hold about 50 drops initially, then I just top it off a bit whenever it's convenient. I don't know how long they last until they run dry... I've never let it get to that point, but I can vape away for a good long time without topping off. I sort of feel like they actually give better hits than the 510-t LR that I had. Could be that I just get that impression from the 510-t being cloggy last time I used it. I'll have to check when the new ones get here to be sure.
