Got a smok 510T kit don't like the tank carts that came with it. Is there a tank cartridge similar to the Ego-t carts that plug in with no foam in the carts? Would a cartomizer be a better fit to make it perform similar to the Ego-T? guess what i want is the performance of an Ego-T in the 510 size Tips on how to achieve this?

many thanks,

Do 510T tanks have foam in them? Did not know that. The 510-T tank atomizer and tanks are the closest thing to Ego-T where juices are in a tank but still sharing an atomizer. I don't know why anyone would use 510T. I think the tanks hold 1/2 as much as the smallest cartomizers.

You can use any standard resistance 510 cartomizers. Boge are most popular. There are clear cartos like Deluxe Fluxomizer aka CE3 aka Smokymizer. Standard resistance would be around 2.5 to 3 ohms. Reservoir cartos like CE3 need a syringe.

You can never quite get the performance of an Ego-T. Ego-T is a big battery over 450mah so it can use LR (hotter low resistance, low ohms stuff). And even with standard resistance, a long charge battery maintains its voltage level for a much longer time. All batteries drop down in voltage a bit near the end of charge. with 180mah short 510 batteries, the end of charge is not that far from the start of charge so there is a short voltage plateau where the voltage is even. If you have the longer mega xl size 510 then the plateau is longer. BUT if you have auto batteries - they will never compare to the hit of a manual. And note - if you do have an auto 510-T I would be wary of ever putting any normal 510 batteries in the charger. The Joye 510T auto charger can kill normal 510's.
