510 threading

Slowly and slowly, my SVD starts to reject tank by tank

At first, I thought it was the firing pin or the rubber under the firing pin. So I decided to took it apart and see.

However, now I realise, it was the 510 threading since using an ego threading clearo works well.

just wondering there anyway to fix the stripped 510 threading?

I read from somewhere people are using airflow adaptor when they have threading issue on their evic.

I would think if you are skilful enough can try to retap the thread using proper tools.

The thread probably can't even fit the airflow adaptor now

And sadly, i'm not skillful enough. Oh well.

In the mean time, try getting a ego to 510 adapter and stop further damaging the threads while seeking a solution?

Thanks bro.

Solution for now is putting a masking tape as a layer over the threading, it secure all my tank just nice since it act as a spacer. Not the best solution but definitely looking for an ego to 510 adapter.

I saw a few adaptor selling on the popular website with free shipping. Even though this is a small component, I am not sure if you will have an issue getting the item in though
