510 to 801 adapters

hey guys i ordered some 510 battery to 801 atomizer adapters a little while back and one seems to be a malfunction, it looks like a 510 to 510 atomizer.

i dont need these as my friend bought me a new ecig and i was wondering if i could return them.
i emailed you a while back but got no response.
