510 to 808 converter issue

I have some 808 CE-3 clearomizers that I want to use with my Ego-C Twist. I have a 510 to 808 converter that fits onto my Ego perfectly, the CE-3 screws onto the converter without issue. The issue is that there is no airflow. I can get the atomizer to fire but I can't draw any air through it.

Thank you. I am now able to get airflow, although not very good airflow compared to using the CE-3 on an 808 device.
If I back it out so that the CE-3 barely threads itself onto the post then I can achieve a small amount of draw. It's as if the center post of the CE-3 is too far down so that any adjustment that I make will not be enough.
