510 to eGo adapter

I just got a 510 to eGo adapter, and when I go to screw the 510 thread (male side) on to a mod, it just falls down in the hole and I can pull it right back out? This does this on my ProVari, iTaste SVD, MVP, and on my KTS Mech mod. I got it for my KTS mech mod. Now If I try my iTaste 134 it drops down but once it is down I can turn it and get one thread to hold.

My question is, Is this a common thing? Is there like cheap ones and good ones of these?

Well anyways I want to put a Anyvape Mini Davide-G on a KTS Mechanical Mod

Off hand I'd say it is the adapter I just tried one I got from FastTech (cheap as you can get) and it works fine on a Provari and others.

Figures, I bet every one in million is bad and I got that one

I have a couple and they work fine on anything I put them on. One from FT and 2 others from US suppliers, all work the same, which is good. You must have a bad one.
