By the way, I still have an unopened 510 starter kit up for grabs for ther first person who finds the VaporKing starter kit isn't for them and wants to swap:

Titan Black starter kit with charger 2 manual batts 2 attys
Titan Black manual mega batts with black attys (2 each)
Titanium PCC with Titanium manual battery and atty
And many carts

These are unopened brand new and waiting to swap for VK starter kit if a 510er decides they prefer the 510 to VK. ;)

Thank you very much for all the feedback everybody. I really appreciate it. I kind of wish I read this forum before buying my 510 gear. I probably would have gone with the VK. Now I am trying to justify spending more money. As I said earler, I am happy with the 510. I just want to get the best experience possible out of vaping. I still smoke analogs a little. I think it is mainly because they are convienient.

I started out thinking I would just use the VK on the go and use my mod at home. My poor little mod is so lonely now, I don't even use it anymore.

Convenience is what I really wanted out of my vaping experience when I ordered this one and that is what I get from the VK. However, I also wanted to save money over analogs and the ability to refill cartos has made that possible. I was really glad to find out they were refillable so many times if taken care of. That is what clinched my decision on buying this model and the big batteries were also another huge issue for me, I hate it when I am out somewhere and the batteries poop out on me with the mod, plus I had to carry around juice and an extra atty in case it crapped out on me and all the tools for the refill, see bottomless bra video. hehe Attys for my mod are 12.00 each statesite with no guarantee of life on them, too. Not cheap!

I will attest to the validity of Jen's offer.

I am one of those 510 users that didn't get won over by the VK. And true to her word, and almost without solicitation, Jen sent me a ton of 510 goodies. I'm vaping off of one of the Mega Batts right now!

She's a class act!

I started vaping a few months ago with a 510 (actually with an SE Gold, but I'm trying to forget that). I discovered the VK/KR808D-1 when I made a post asking what was the easiest, most foolproof e-cig. Initially it was just as something to recommend to others, but I soon decided to give it a try myself.

Now, I wish I had discovered the VK before the 510. That's not to say that the 510 isn't a good device, but the amount of maintenance and dinkering with it to get the best performance got old really fast. The VK "just works".

So far as expense... after 2 weeks, I've only had 2 cartomizers from my initial order drop out, and that was with daily refilling. Even at the full price for prefilled cartomizers, that's only a $5 loss, but the price for blanks makes that far less.
