This one really does tastes like peanut butter, but the 555 tastes like warm peanut butter (to me). Odd. Me likey.

The 555 is supposed to have a nutty taste if im not mistaken

I got red hots and mtn do that tasted very perfumy...I mean it almost tastes like vaping soap. I am very disappointed with those two flavors and I hope it is just a bad run.

I gotta agree with Quasimod... to me the 555 tastes like warm peanut butter, but with cinnamon thrown on top. It is absolutely my favorite vape. And I've tried LOTS. And I've found it to be consistent across carts and juices. (And a few drops of VG increases the vapor exponentially!!! Ahhhh.. Nirvana!)

I just got 5 boxes of Spirit America, and the whole batch had the soapy perfume taste thing. I really think this is a problem from the factory. As I read this thread it has happened on many flavors, not just mine. I am really curious as to why this is happening.

I wouldnt get upset about it blue skies,If you read around a little,the flavors someone complains about here are probably in another thread and everyone loves them.It just depends on your taste.Only you can decide whats good for you.Everyone is different.

Ok so I decided to break out the 555 this morning as my first Vape of the day with clear taste buds and all. I must say that....I LOVE IT!!! I think my taste gets screwed up at certain points of the day? IDK but this truly is some amzing stuff. Thanks to everyone for the support and tips.

lol yes sir it is funny how those fellas work. I will most certainly change the title and give it 4 thumbs up!!! I will always be honest and up front with all of my experiences with you guys at V4L (good or bad) in a polite manner.

Now just awaiting my shipping confirmation for my secod order with you guys. I understand you guys are probably a little backed up due to the holiday season and the fact that you have personal lives too. It's just thats its like Christmas all over again. I saw the mailman with my package from you guys last wekk and I about tackled him in the snow for it lol.

Yes, and whatever you've been eating changes everything. I've noticed that fruit and fruit juices makes my vape taste very good (pineapple, apple, pear, cran-apple juice, etc.), while peanut butter, gravy, anything oily makes it taste awful, and anything spicy makes it taste like the spice on the back of my tongue.

Good call on that one. I have thought about that and about 75% of my diet consists on coffee and Hotsauce on everything I eat. Though the 555 did go great with my coffee this morning.

How to edit the title of your post
just click on the edit button and you should see the "go advanced" button near the save button, click on that, then you can change the text of the title and it will "stick". There's no requirement at ths time to give a reason for the edit so you can skip that step but the Admin can turn that option on if they want to....and of course, only the original member that made the post is the only member that can change the title text.....happy vapping everybody! ;-)

This will edit the Title of your post, not in the thread but on the list of topics in the forum..which is what Steve was asking you to do if you change you mind on this flavor.

Honestly these two are the first two flavors I have recieved that taste outright bad, and its so far off that I think it has to be a bad batch. Even flavors that are not my faves usually taste simmilar to what they are named, these don't. The red hots does have some of the sweetness and spice from the candy but the soap overpowers it. The mtn do was just chemicly and soapy.

Oh well, I can clean them and use them as blanks so its not a loss, I got tons of juice. I just threw on a fresh cappuccino that I got as a freebee and its vaping bliss in a cart.

Here we go with the "taste is subjective" thing again.

I don't get "soapy" from the red hots. I do get a little perfume taste, but I know that's just me.

I want to like these and I will use up the whole box before I decide.

The first time I tried 555 (different vendor, different e-cig), I couldn't stand it. Due to poor planning & newbie ignorance, I got stuck where that was the only juice I had. By the time I got more juice, I loved the 555 and now it is my #1 V4L flavor.

The perfume taste is something that's driving me nuts right now. I thought I had identified the cause, and implemented a solution. And I have been testing every strength level of every flavor as they roll off the assembly line, and rejecting any batch that I thought had that taste. Nevertheless, even with carts from the same batch, which didn't taste perfumey previously, I sometimes taste it. Especially first thing in the mornings.

I still say that all they need is a Taryn spin! I think the flavors separate. It has always worked for me. The blueberry I got as a sample was that way and I did the spin..no problem.
