5V box mod using 2 X AA enclosure and CR2 (15270) batts

I just threw this together last night. I had to certainly persuade these CR2's (15270) batts into the casing.

It's a little 5V beast .

The only thing I have left is to do a dry burn with an old atty and get the hot glue to melt nicer by heating it up from the inside with the heat of the atty.

I used a 100 gram switch.

thats cool. How much grinding did you have to do to the case and cover? can you show pics? nice job!

I only ground down the inside of the cover. The battery side I just cut out a lot of plastic tabs and such.

That's awesome dude! I like the smaller 2AA size boxes. I threw two cr2's in my missy's wetbox and they fit, but the cover doesn't slide on. I might make one of these!
