5V Mod Kit

I'm a little confused on what is included with the kit. The instructions show the resistors and the LED, but the description doesn't mention them being included. Does the kit include everything shown in the picture?

Hi Brandon, yes!. All parts are included to build the complete mod with the exception of tools, solder and glue/epoxy.
