5v mod problem (can only post here)

so i made a 5v regulated copper mod and it's having issues and since i don't really know how these things work, i don't know how to trouble shoot the problem.

soooo...

when it has 1 of my 3.7v 14500 batteries in it it works fine

when it has my 2 15270's in it with no cart on the color changing led works fine

but, when it has both batteries and a cart on it, the led just blinks on and then off and nothing else happens. the first few attempts with both batteries and cart it would start vaping and the led would be on, but only for 1 sec or slightly less.

anyone got any ideas on this problem?

You may want to try and make 5 posts here so that you can get to the modders forum. I am sure they will be able to help you.

It sounds like your atty is bad and shorting the batteries and tripping the protection in the battery shutting them down.

after you get enough posts you have to wait for the server to update,it takes a bit.

ummm probably close to a year or so by now, maybe a little longer

made the 5v box first. then a funtional but ugly flashlight mod cause i had some issues with it, like the led not working for one and i broke the lens so i don't have a clean top on it. then a second flashlight with everything working/looking good. and now i'm on this one i'm having issues with

What are the ohms on your atty/cart?

they're vapor4life carts, i've heard they're 3.2 but i'm not sure
